Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were exceptionally huge and very comfy, but I had to switch to a different room as the original one got hot for some reason and didn't feel like the A/C was working. Unfortunately, the room was not appropriate for my disability.
The hotel's location near the airport and car rental/return center was convenient, and the staff were inviting and accommodating. However, there were minor cleanliness issues in the room, like a strange smell in the living room area. The breakfast was overpriced, and some areas needed better attention to detail like wiping off lift handles.
Upon arrival, I was impressed with the spacious rooms that included a large lounge area with a sink and fridge cabinet, 3 seater sofa bed, desk sideboard, and TV. However, I noticed major stains in the carpets near the sinks in rooms 629 and 628. The rooms also featured a living area separated from the bathroom.
